Time is running out for our $100,000 Challenge

The need is greater than ever. Many of you have read the headlines that Mexico and 10 other Latin American countries are demanding that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals give them a say in a lawsuit against SB1070.
It’s outrageous that these governments are going to court to prevent us from enforcing our own laws against illegal immigration. We feel Arizona law enforcement should have a say on border security and that’s why BorderSheriffs.com was formed. Unlike these Latin American governments or our own federal government for that matter, we don’t have a license to print money. We have to raise money.
The ACLU, the Obama Administration, foreign governments, and open borders special interest groups have all lined up against SB1070. They have the financial resources to go to court and undermine our efforts to secure the border. We are asking you to help us attain the resources to counter their efforts.
Again we have until tomorrow to secure enough pledges so that we can give law enforcement the tools they need to defend SB1070 in court. If we don’t get those resources, Sheriffs such as Cochise County’s Larry Dever will have to sit on the sidelines while the Obama Administration, the Mexican Government, and the ACLU try to dismantle SB1070 and our efforts to secure the border.
On November 1st the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco will hear arguments for and against 1070. We are raising funds to support legal efforts to allow the Sheriffs voices to be heard. If we are successful both Sheriff Dever and Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu, with their counsel, will be able to go to San Francisco to state their expert perspectives in court and in the court of public opinion.
