You’ll never believe what the ACLU is up to now. The ACLU and 15 other pro-amnesty organizations have teamed together to sue Cochise County Sheriff Larry Dever and Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu for upholding the rule of law – they are suing Sheriffs Dever and Babeu over their pledge to enforce Senate Bill 1070 and protect Arizona’s border.

But that isn’t the worst of it.

The United States Federal Government has joined with the ACLU in the lawsuit as well! Not only has our federal government fallen down on the job of protecting our citizens from drug smugglers, kidnappers and violent criminals, but they are doing everything in their power to stop law enforcement from doing the job they refuse to do.

I won’t stand for this and you shouldn’t stand for it either.

During the last nine months I have spent much time traveling around the state, including many days down on the border in Cochise County. I have spoken with the ranchers and the local law enforcement and I have seen firsthand the crime and the destruction that illegal immigrants are causing.

Arizona citizens are being victimized every day by illegals and the government will do nothing to stop the horror.

A Message from Buz Mills and a New Mission:

Dear Supporter:

During our campaign throughout Arizona, I met with the sheriffs of Arizona’s border counties and saw firsthand how our sheriffs and deputies are placed in harm's way each day due to our illegal immigration problem. I knew we had problems, but did not realize just how bad it is.

"Our own government is our enemy," Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu said.

"If the Administration won’t enforce our immigration laws and are suing to prohibit us from doing so, I say bring it on," Cochise County Sheriff Larry Dever said.

Our law enforcement community is asking for our help. I am writing to ask that you join me to support this cause and make it ours.

It is unfathomable to me that the ACLU is suing Arizona’s Sheriffs, and the Obama Administration is suing the State of Arizona to stop law enforcement officers from enforcing SB 1070. At the same time, they are doing nothing to resolve the issue of illegal immigrants who cause of so much crime and violence across the U.S.

Our federal government has no interest in solving the problem, and they are making it worse. We now have a response, and it’s a good one.

We have created a way to conduct an aggressive legal defense of our Border Sheriffs against the ACLU, the Federal Government, and those who wish to prevent Arizona from solving the problem of illegal immigration.

Our new organization, Bordersheriffs.com, will not only defend Arizona’s laws but compel the Federal Government to enforce U.S. immigration laws. Our goal is to shed more light upon the jobs of officials charged with protecting our families. We intend to resolve this issue through public policy legislation and the courts.

Come with me to see what is happening at the border, and meet some of the men and women in law enforcement, like Sheriff Babeu and Sheriff Dever, who are hamstrung by the Obama administration’s fight against Arizona’s laws.

We must stop this outrageous assault on Arizona.

We may live in difficult times, but we should not have to expect our own federal government to attack the law enforcement work of our state and county uniformed officers.

I want to help, and I believe you do too. I would love to meet you out at the border and show you what I have seen, and how I think we can really change America. It is going to take a coordinated effort, a dedication of time, and the gathering of financial resources to fund our defense..
